Larzzus Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 Scraped the front of the car reversing off a friends drive. Unfortunately its on an incline and when the rear goes onto the road, the front of the car dips into the drive/road area. Front plate came off, stuck it back on with new stickies. However taken a small chunk of the fibre out on the front underneath left and a crack is there also. Will get some quotes and get it sorted. Welcome me to the world of Lotus ownership! Steve J Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 Put some gaffa tape or clear thick tape under the front of the car. Will help protect the clam from any further damage.

LivinLaVidaLotus Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 Ripped my plate off the other day (fortunately it's on with strong velcro, not bolted on) - worst of all, it was in Christopher Neil's car park! Massive whole/dip as you go in, if you don't remember it's there, then you're done for, I didn't, doh!
