Brake Caliper Paint

Just want to paint the calipers black as there is some surface rust on the rears. So, can I just use high temperature paint from Halfords or are there other considerations?

 

PS.

1. It is not bling

2. I won't be painting the disks

Halfords sell paint for calipers too.

I think as long as you dont paint them red you should be ok on the piss take front

Well they are matt black now and look good (i.e. no rust).

Only caliper paint in Halfords was yellow, blue or red. So went for the hammerite high temp paint (good for 600'C) and cheaper too.

I used Halfords manifold paint on mine in matt black.
