Horizon - Yet Another Happy Customer

Had my car serviced at Horizon on friday. Great customer service and a nice friendly bunch.

Thats good to hear. Mines going in for an A service next month and not been there before. How long did it take roughly? Is there anything to do nearby?!

James, not sure maybe an hour and a half. I just hung around there and chatted with Wendy and Mike. I took a magazine to read, but never actually had time to open it.

Stuff to do nearby.... there is Cradley Heath town centre, which should kill 10 minutes - excellent if you like charity shops, chip shops or sandwiches.

 

There isn't much to be honest but i don't think an A Service takes too long. If you do need to kill time, Merry Hill (shit loads of shops) isn't far away at all....
