Toyos At Horizon

Our friends at Horizon are now a main dealer for Toyo tyres, so a good source for us MLOC members looking for new rubber. Cheap prices too, eg. 195/50 VR15 for £27.66 plus VAT. Next day delivery too.

They have done for a while I thought, Wendy got me the best price she could, bless her but no specialist/dealer will beat Toyo direct via Mr Stevens.

 

Although saying that, £32 for fronts isn't bad at all...

 

They did the fitting/geo though... Would have been double at NW

To confirm, this is a brand new venture for Horizon where they source them direct from Toyo and not from another dealer. The prices are more competitive than either MyTyres or Tim Stevens, having done research.

If they are cheaper than mytyres then that is a great result. Tim Stevens was more expensive than mytyres when I looked into getting mine.

Just given them a ring for a set of rears (225/45 R16). £87.45 + VAT per tyre. Ouch!!

 

My tyres were wanting £153.20 for the pair delivered, but didn't have any stock. That's a big difference. Anyone know Tim Steven's prices?

I think I payed £238 from Tim for a set of four (2x 195/50/15's, 2x225/45/16s) but I'll confirm when I get home...

£246 it was...so not far off.

 

According to the above prices, its £236 for a set from Horizon. Thats not too bad...similar to mytyres

I work it out as:

 

Mytyres = 213.60 delivered

Horizon = 270.51 to pick up from them

Tim Stevens = 246 delivered

Not sure on your quotes from MyTyres... seem daft cheap compared to last time i checked.

 

At the last look, Horizon just undercut them all and were the cheapest source available.... at the end of the day, convenience wins in my book though!
