I think we better call Norris McWhirter or whoever does his job now, because i did it on my own in 45 minutes!!!! ...and that included taking it all back out because i has forgotten to put the little black thingy on the new one!!! Thank Dixie, for the tips - very helpful. I also have one of my own - tie and piece of string around the new nut and washer with a long loop on so you cant drop them down "the hole to nowhere"! thead the new cable through, occaisionally tugging the string to keep the nut free, then untie the string being carfeful not to lose it then!
