Yeah as am I. I Had a mk2 g60 rallye about 9 years ago. Cracking car, wish I still had it, prices have shot through the roof.

The reviews are really good. We looked at both the s3 and the R and to be honest the golf's a better package imo. I watched a Evo video on YouTube where they tested the R against the rs3 and the R still came out on top.

 

Of course it will be over shadowed but the Golf r 400 which they expect in the dealers at Christmas time with each dealer getting a maximum of 2 cars but with prices looking around £45k I'll settle for ours at the minute lol.

My OH collected her new GTD from the same dealer a couple of hours later. I've not been in it yet and won't do until the weekend. It's white and it's very dirty already.
