Gale Blowing Through Window !

After much driving at speed and moving my finger around the edge of the drivers side window I have identified the source of the gale that whistles through the window at speeds of over 60mph.

 

If I push the rubber closer to the drivers window just above the black plastiky thing that provides support to the wing mirror, the wind noise stops.

 

So the question is, do I adjust the wing mirror support, the rubber or the drivers window ??
