New S1 Headlamp Brackets

Hi all,

 

The headlight brackets on my S1 have corroded away to practically nothing and the replacements have arrived today. Does anybody know how / what is the best thing to use to bond the new brackets to the inside of the clam...?

 

I'm guessing that some form of bonding is required as there doesn't appear any other (obvious) way of fixing them......?

Sikaflex is the stuff. If you do a search on here it'll tell you what type. Get from any boating shop/screwfix etc.
