Looks like some of the MG Rover assets (TF and associated parts/tooling) have been brought out by "chapman automotive" who are a group of people from the UK (plus one from the US)... well anyway, heres the article I read

Seems they are buying parts of powertrain projects too; whether that means they will take ownership and design rights of the k-series 1.8 and 1.8VVC units Im not sure, but could be a bit more of a bright future for S1 Elise/Exige owners

I dont really know anything much about it, just going from that article I was sent... they mentioned buying something from powertrain projects, but I dont know if that means buying production rights, design control, or just crate engines?..
