S2 Frontclam Shell

I saw an S1 for sale the other day at a very low price due to the fact that it had light front end damage, this got me me thinking. Is it possible to fit an S2 front sheel to a standard S1?

I have a picture at home I can post up later of an S2 with an S1 front clam so I dont see what it wouldnt work the other way around. Why you would want to is a totally different thing!

I quite like the look of the S2 front but I prefer the side and rear of the S1. I am wierd like that

Would make your car difficult to sell thats for sure and I bet there must be a fair bit of trimming and playing around with filling gaps/lines to get the clams to line up.

 

No idea if the fixings are in similar places either.

Yeah you are probably right. As I say it was only a thought that struck me when I saw the ad.

Hmm..In my opinion, the 2 designs are so different (s1- classic/cute, s2-agressive/stylised) that i cant imagine it looking anything but weird. That said, lets see a pic!
