The 60th Anniversary of V.E Day, so make sure you spare a thought.

As a little way of saying Thanks, to the brave men and women, you could go to a participating pub or get the Bunting and flags up, & hold a party (or come to ours.)

But whatever you do, make sure you have a good time.

 

6 years of sacrifice, for 60 years of freedom.

I carry the dog tags of my Grandfather around my neck in rememberance and always pay my respects.

 

We dont realise how lucky we are and how much our relatives had to suffer, sacrifice and fight to rid this world of one of its evilist ppl!
