I'm having real trouble finding/hiring 1-2 suitable sales people.

 

Are you, or do you know anyone suitable, who is looking for a move?

 

 

I run the sales function for a specialist commercial interiors contractor (office fitting out, refurbishment, services, furniture & design). Looking for one, possibly two individuals, based South of B'ham, down as far as Gloucs in W or Beds/Oxon in E. Not even specifically looking for a glittering sales track record as long as the person has that "vital spark", is numerate, articulate and persuasive.

 

Due to the specific nature of the skills, unless someone is doing exactly the same thing somewhere else, we would expect to provide lengthy & thorough training to enable crossover into our industry sector.
