Forum time is one hour out?

This is due to daylight savings time. Go to the "your control panel section"

 

Then select "Board settings" under the options subheading.

 

Then choose this option:

 

Is daylight savings time in effect?

(If you have selected the correct time zone and the clock appears

an hour out, check or uncheck box to suit)
