Quicksilver Exhausts

Anybody got one of these on an S2? What they like for sound/performance compared with other systems? Hanger 111 have them for £360.

Iv got one. Can't really tell performance wise but quite noisy under throttle. Rob C on SELOC loves his and he just got rid of a nice sounding Exige one I think.

They look very well made, company have great heritage (they make the exhaust for the Enzo )

 

RobC had his car dyno'd within one month of changing over from a Janspeed on his S160, he had an 8bhp gain!

 

Would be my choice of exhaust if i were after one...

Can't really comment on these when fitted to the Elise, but I know the old man had one of these fitted to his Audi a while back. Fit was good, performance was reasonable, sound was like a standard exhaust, and looks were terrible. Looked just like a £30 Kwik-Fit jobbie and nothing like the amount it cost.

 

I accept that this was obviously only for an Audi saloon, and they may take more care / effort over something for a Lotus, but you never know....

they look ok... they're are better looking ones defo - passenger side pipe is semi-blocked off. there is a pic in my 'wheels' thread.
