Lotus sell the wheel centres seperately, so anyone would be able to buy them.  They aren't the same as standard though...

Geary has them on his site, £60 a set!!!!!

They are Victory rims (haven't read any threads today though so maybe ignore me)

 

They are made by the people who make them, they won't be coming with the Lotus Centre's though - for obvious reasons. They AREN'T 340R rims...
