Donating For A 2nd Time ...

WHen i try and donate for a 2nd time by clicking the (Visa/Mastercard Donate) icon it takes me to a post with a link from Mark saying to click here to donate. I click there but get told I have already donated and have a lifetime membership or something ... how do I donate again? Am I being thick?

Yep its a known issue with no easy work around other than me expiring the donations after a set time. For anyone else wanting to re-donate just message me and I'll knock the donation flag off your account to let you donate again and it will auto promote you back into the contributing member group.

IMO Mark Donations should perhaps 'wear off' after a certain amount of time?

The trouble with that is that in then demotes you back out of the contributing members group automatically, what do others think?

An annual "demotion" wouldn't be the end of the world, although it would be nice if it was accompanied with a PM to let you know.

Not a bad idea at all. I was suprised it lasted forever anyway. It's not like your're asking for a large set amount, just a yearly re-donation of what people want to.
