Any One Got A Part Worn 225 Toyo?

Had a blow out on the motorway today, the tyre is shredded so I need a new one.

Just wondered if anyone has got a part worn 225/45/16 for sale that I can put on for now.

Have ordered with mytyres but they won't be here for a while. My car is abandoned in Worcester. Any type of tyre will do just to get me home.

Had the punctured repaired this morning, 10 mins later on the motorway the other rear blew out!!

Really struggling to find Toyo's quickly.

I've never had a puncture (touch wood), how did the elise handle it?

No problem really considering the speed (90mph), there was a really loud bang, the car started to veer off to the nearside but wasn't out of control.

have you tried contactinfg the likes of Horizon - they have just taken a full set off graemes car and might still have them?

Tim Stevens ([email protected]) got me my Toyos within 2 days, and is the same price as mytyres (within a few quid anyway).

Just got off the phone with Horizon, how great are they!! They are sorting me out a loan spare wheel so I can go and collect my car.

 

They've also started supplying Toyo's too.

Yup, just been in to get mine... their price for a full set of Toyo's is fantastic.... i think they beat MyTyres and Tim.... am sure they do if you are after 195 fronts.
