Unsubscribing From Email Notifications

Log into the forum and click on the "My controls" link at the top right.

 

There is then a subscriptions option that you should see:

 

"View topics" The specific topics you are subscribed to

"View forums" The forums you are subscribed to recieve new topic notifications

 

 

 

There is also a section called (Email Settings) which has a box to uncheck called:

 

"Enable 'Email Notification' by default?"

Enabling this option will automatically subscribe you to any topic you start or reply to.
