simondann111s
Apply presure with a vice (put a socket over the ball joint and try to push it out (the ball joint)) It wont want to part company with the wishbone so give it (the wishbone) a whack with a hammer. NOT A SLADGE HAMMER. Just enough to create a shock wave effect around the ring, it should then pop out. (At this time I should mention not to apply to much pressure with the vice, or the sockets will form a deadly missile as it recochaes around the garage) I've not tried this myself, but it is what was advised wafter spending all day trying to get my brother-in-laws free....... Dave S
Sorry just tried the link to make sure, and its not giving the complete chain. If you go onto the BBS site go to the technical / ball joints but the part that shows you how to make the tool is here http://community.webshots.com/user/richjts Dave
