   MLOC Le Mans Euro …

   Plan so far:-
    
   Friday 2nd August Drive to Dover & stay over (hotel yet to be sorted)
   Saturday 3rd August Train or boat to Calais - Drive to Le Mans (Mercure hotel looks favourite)
   Sunday 4th August Lotus on Track
   Monday 5th August Drive to Calais, train or boat and drive home
    
   Some details:-
    
   We have stayed 3 times at the Mecure. It's a really nice and cheap hotel, food is also good as are the restaurants in Le Mans centre.
   Starting out early we normally get to the hotel around 3 or 4 pm and that's going off toll and scenic route, we found some superb countryside driving coming back out of lemans.
   3 hours - 190 miles from Leicester to Dover
   4-5 hours - 270 miles Calais to Le Mans
    
   There are some good deals through DFDS Dover to Calais I have a 20% discount code but we need to book before jan 14th.
    
   Cost is coming out at £59 return. There are ferries at 7.30 and 10.15am going out and return at 3.30 or 6pm
    
   Tunnel is coming up at £94 return. If you have tesco club card, £10 reward = £30 vouchers :-)
