Barcelona - Race 1

First podium of the season for Lotus GP in the GP3 Series, courtesy of Aaro Vainio. The Finnish driver was starting 3rd and, after a poor start, found back his 3rd place that he kept until the end of the race.

Conor Daly finished the race 6th. The american driver faced overheating issues during most of the race and couldn't be as quick as he had wished.

Daniel Abt has no points but drove a brillant race after being penalised by a Drive Through for jump start.

Race 2 will start at 9:15 tomorrow morning.
