Friday BBQ at the Charles Cotton Hotel, Hartington (10th July)
For those arriving at the start of the weekend and for local Lotus owners there will be a gathering at the Charles Cotton Hotel in Hartington from 7.00 pm onwards. A high quality barbeque is available to book for all those who require sustenance. The BBQ is priced at £12 per person but the wonderful location, great company and fantastic cars are all free to enjoy so be sure to join in for a great social evening.
Sunday morning runs and Peak Rail meet (12th July)
· You have a choice of three run routes, all with different start points.
· Entry to the 'Lotus only' parking at the Peak Rail meet is included in the £10 purchase price of any of the runs.
· If you do not want to take part in a run you will receive £5 in raffle tickets instead.
On the runs cars are started in groups of up to 10 cars, each group with an experienced leader. A tried and tested system means that you drive at your own pace and you are guided along the entire route; you do not need a map or satnav.
Choose your preferred start point and a pace to suit your car and your driving style.
All of the runs finish at Hassop Station Cafe, with cars arriving between 9.00am and 10.00 am.
All cars leave Hassop Station at approximately 11.00 am for the Grand Procession to the meeting and the 'Lotus only' parking at Peak Rail, Rowsley.
