Route Through Europe

Hi everyone -

Me and my mate (with Caterham) are thinking of having a week driving in France and going into Belgium, Luxumbourg and Germany (Autobhan ) some time in the next few weeks and I was wondering if anyone had ever done this (I'm sure you have) and if you had any recommended routes/roads/things to see etc. and things to think about.

I'd deffo take the ferry from Dover to France - it's always a good start

 

Unless you give the Caterham some tyres with wings like Top Gear last night !

I haven't been cross country that way, only travelling on the West coast route or down to the South, or Le Mans.

 

Personal opinion is things start to look and feel "French" once you get lower than Paris.

 

Will keep an eye on this thread though, are you thinking of a trackday at the Ring or something in the Caterham ?
