Short Shifter Works !

Just thought I would big up 'billy 5641' for his short shifter kit...I finally got round to fitting it this weekend and it works a treat !!!

Same here, with Nylatron bushes (thanks Martin R)

 

The only issue I have is that the thread is just over 1/4 of a turn short, meaning the gearknob no longer lines up correctly

Yeah same here, poke a small screwdriver up the indide of the gearknob and push the gear position indicator out, then tighten the knob on the new shifter and re-glue the top in the right position.......easy
