C Service Booked...

OK, I have taken peoples advice and I'm going to jolly down to Horizon for a service.

 

Dropping it off on the 2nd April & picking it up the following Saturday.

 

Funny, you think you've budgeted for the service when you buy the car - but when it comes around, you still wince at the cost...!

 

Anyhow, I'm also going to get some Toyo T1-Rs as I've heard some good things about them.

 

This is my final safety check though - What do people think of them? and I quite fancy the 225/25 rear & 195/50 front sizes as they are only £20 more than the standard ones. Good idea or not?

I got T1rs in the sizes you mention 225 rear 195 front, i cant beleive how much extra grip i've got, last year in the snow with my old tyres i had a few scary moments, this year in the snow i've wanted to push a bit harder as i had no slippiness at all.

 

Totally recommended!!

Yup, i have 195/225... certainly more grip than before slightly lower sidewall gets rid of some flex aswell.
