This section in Events is dedicated to the organisation and publicity of this event and over the next few weeks more information will be come available about how you can attend, participate and/or volunteer your support. We will need all you handy people to help us if we want to use digital printing, exhibition equipment, car stands etc. This is a massive event in the Lotus calander and it is a privaledge to have been invited to be part of it. It's going to be a really fun day/weekend as such we want to make a huge effort to show our support by having as many of our members take part as possible. Tickets for the day are available: Online: £13.00 per adult (includes entry of 2 children under 16 years of age) On the door: £15.00 per adult (includes entry of 2 children under 16 years of age) All parking on site at Hethel If you are attending please add your name to the Attendence thread so we can get an idea of member numbers to be present on the day. We have also been given a limited number of tickets which we will be auctioning to raise money to support the event. MLOC is run by volunteers but there are also annual costs to cover and events like this also require some funding, so we will use the event to try to raise awareness of the need for us to contribute a little bit of cash as well as time to enjoy our forums and events. We will be organising convoys and accomodation for you to book, club stand and exhibits on the day and it is guaranteed to be a great weekend. So for those who have not visited the factory yet, or not been to a Lotus event like this before or for those who just like to get together as MLOC at events like this get tickets, get signed up, get involved and get celebrating! Sonya
Lotus have just issued a new sale list for Lotus parts, with some pretty amazing discount prices (£210 worth of Apine Speaker kit for £10 for instance). These items will only be available at the Hethel event and no reservations can be made prior to the day, offers stand while stocks last. I suspect the merchandise department will have a big sale on too. See here for parts list http://www.lotus60thanniversary.com/forsale.php
