Led Rear Lights On New S2

Anyone make LED back lights (not just bulbs) for early S2's yet so they look like the LED ones used on the new S2/Exige or do the new ones just fit?

 

I think they really set the new car off nicely and fancy them as a mod...cheaer than buying a new S2!!

 

Also, one of the guys on here who went to the wet and windy Breakfast Club meeting has a Third Brakelight kit that made it flash on and off before staying on - this I think might be a good idea as some dozy git nearly collected me the other day as i was braking and anything that helps make someone not go over the top of me has got to be a good thing!

The new LED lights fit the early S2's. Been looking into this for ages, they sometimes need some resister or something but they normally come with them. New ones pop up on ebay every few weeks and go for > £300 most of the time. Went for £410 once which is insane for 4 rear lights.

 

Bell and Colvill sell them too via their online shop, £75 EX VAT each I think. Can't remember, have a look.

 

Scott (Scotto on here) was the man who organised the flashing rear brake light, I think he did a fitting guide on it here too with video etc, have a look

The LED's are a bit steep but say they are for US spec cars...weird!

Be careful on the LED's - There are 2 types, UK/EU Spec and US Spec.
