Just spotted this on PTP's web site:

It is a fast road camshafts upgrade that smooth out the tourque curve and gives an extra 10bhp on the top end.....

Or as they say:

PTP can now offer a pair of fast road performance camshafts for the Mk2 Lotus Elise and Exige using the Toyota 1.8 VVT-Li 190bhp engine (with Variable Valve Timing & Lift – intelligent VVTL-I system) As standard the 1.8 VVT-I engine suffers from a “dip” in the torque curve. The new camshafts have been designed to cure this problem and give a constant torque curve throughout the rev band The new fast road camshafts with give another 10bhp at the top end and, more impressively, another 25lb/ft at 5800rpm. (As independently tested by P.B.Racing Lotus specialists in Italy)

£ 622.75 inc VAT

Not just yet :gay:

Nick Whales currently have 5 Europa S's in stock. I have to say that the Silver looks the best so far. :)

Still waiting on AON insurance to give me a quote. They are the Lotus approved insurance company and still can't get a quote out of them :)

Mine you if I am spending that sort of money the Exige S is also becoming very tempting :wine:

Isn't 5 quite a lot to be holding in stock? :D

Perhaps they're not moving out the door quite as quick as they thought they would? - or maybe it's just cos they're new so Lotus have had a good production run of them?

Hmmmmm, Exige S!!! :( Sounds like you may be having a rethink Jamie! B)

Guess you've tried the other usual suspects re insurance quotes?

Silver and Black are the two colours I seem to like.... I have seen the Silver at NW and I have change the colour of soon the the pictures I have seen in photoshop to the black option.

I don't know if they are selling or not to be honest. But I know that NW would have got as many orders in as soon as possible so that they would be quick off the mark to sell them.

As for insurance AON have always been the cheapist when ever I have done a ring around. For some reason insurance companies don't like my occupation or post code, even though I have over 10 years no claims on two cars, a clean licence, no my fault accidents.

Mind you, you have to be a bit bonkers to do the job that I do :D
