Film festival with guest speakers celebrating the life of double World Champion and Indy 500 winner - and Lotus driver - Jim Clark.
The weekend’s programme includes film shows and talks by people who knew Clark well or worked with him.
The films cover Clark’s exploits at Indianapolis, including his winning year of 1965, his races in the Tasman series which took place in Australia and New Zealand and other rare, never-seen-before footage, as well as some of his more famous European exploits.
Guests include Mrs Hazel Chapman, widow of Lotus founder Colin Chapman and her son Clive who is managing director of Classic Team Lotus.
Guest speakers include former racing driver Sir John Whitmore, racing car designer Len Terry, Clark’s friend and mentor Ian Scott Watson, Formula 1 mechanics Bob Dance and Jim Endruweit and motorsport photographer Peter Darley.
The highlight of Saturday’s programme is a three-course dinner at Eynsham Hall, where guests will mingle and dine with the speakers and other enthusiasts.
