JDUK Posted January 17, 2025 Posted January 17, 2025 A late HNY all. I posted in here about a year ago to find a project Lotus car - remembering a good few suggestions from this group. I just really enjoy restoring cars to their former glory - and connecting to communities for advice / compare notes. After a lot of patience and holding my nerves, I’m finally collecting a Exige 430cup next week that’s not had the best start of life (but low mileage). Pictures to be posted once I collected. I live near Loughborough and my first job is to find someone that can repair the clamshells. Does anyone know of a great local clamshell repair body shop in the midlands? This is a dream car for me and a forever one, and yes having to pat myself on the back for keeping true 😎. Much appreciated and welcome advice / preventative suggestions.
