It’s a great track but not high on my list in my Lotus or Caterham Roadsport, it’s too big. However, it transforms in the wet with a river flowing across Becketts.

I did have my wets ready and waiting, and did have the feeling all the other cars running slicks would have a heavier disadvantage if it rained, than me. But it didn't, next year i'm looking to do Donington as my 'new' track of the year. Already started practising for it on the sim :drive:

Dony is a great track, much more Elise sized. It has its own fun element in the wet, half of the track has a mist of aircraft exhaust to add slip. You will enjoy it.

Took the V6 Cup to Silverstone which felt underpowered on those long straights !! Looks like you had a fantastic day though. Donington is much suited to all Lotus models as is Oulton and Cadwell. Hoping to get one more day in before the end of the year myself , praying the weather holds off 🥶☃️

Donington is a great track for the Elise as is Cadwell. Spa is also just about off the scale as a track.
