I got married

A related question: how do you lot drive with a wedding ring on your left hand?  It's grinding against the metal gear knob and they're both going to get scratched at this rate.  Do you take them off?  Or do i just have a weird way of gripping it?

Congratulations on getting married. Sadly I can’t help with any suggestions for the wedding ring and gear knob solution.

I’ve found that getting fatter after marriage has produced a cushioning effect around the ring.

I have indulged in some driving gloves recently, which I find hilarious!  Maybe that’ll help.

Thanks chaps.  Sounds like i'm going to have to get fatter, and/or develop a new knob gripping technique

I found getting fatter is easier than altering knob gripping technique 😊

For some strange reason, all TVR gear knobs get very hot, so a lot of us use just a left hand glove. If you are a right handed golfer you should have plenty lying around 🙂.
