Service Recommendations

Hi 

I am a new member of this forum and have recently moved to the Midlands. 

My Elise R is due a service, can anyone recommend a good local garage, I have found Paul Mattey anyone know this company.

Hi Paul,

I've used Paul Matty for the last 8 years to  service and MOT my Elise. Never had any problems with them and they are local to me. They are always very busy so best book well in advance if you want any work done. Members on here will also recommend Unit 4 which has a good reputation.

PJS, Paul Matty and Unit 4 are all excellent.  I use Unit 4 at Burton and have done for the last 8 years.

I've used various in the area over the years (Peter Smith, Unit 4, Monster and others). Latterly PJS who I'm very pleased with and happy to recommend.

Lol always difficult, some really great people out there. Gav at Unit 4 and walk down the road to clear my head and grab a bacon butty is perfection.  You really can't go wrong asking on MLOC.

We've got a great selection of specialists in the Midlands. Dan @ HPE hasn't yet been mentioned.

Not sure it's been mentioned anywhere on the forum yet, but Martin of Top Gear Automotive closed his doors a few months back He still works part time and does mobile mechanic/inspection work but its a shame he decided to close his main shop. Used him both for the Elise and the Evora.

A few here had used him when there was Lotus in Leicester 

I guess you need to look at distance but I look forward to deal with Jon but I had used Central Lotus who were great too

I have used Paul Matty and PJS in the Midlands. Both have done excellent work on my Esprit. I now use PJS. Closer for myself and they have a courtesy car. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
