Hi John, I've removed your contact details off the post, probably best for people to message you on here rather than making them public.

I think you will be very lucky to get one as only a few were made and there are non left to my knowledge and no intention to get any reprinted as the cost vs time taken isnt worth it for the club for something that probably no one else is going to buy now as its been so long.
