Donington Museum Closing

It has been announced that the Donington Grand Prix Museum will close on November 5th 2018.

Yep, saw that. Really bad news. They say it's because family commitments need to come first. Strange that they haven;t tried to get someone else into run it. It's an amazing collection - the biggest F1 collection in the world!

Hmm, must try to visit again before then.  Kids liked it before but they're older now and will appreciate it more.

Hope they can find someone to run it (assuming they're trying), and the massive collection doesn't just get broken up.

MLOC tribute run, as it's our best local track venue ?  Curry afterwards ?

That's a great idea, I would be up for it, support for local attractions, especially if it involves what looks like the last opportunity to view a amazing collection of cars.
