UCR box been fine on the road for me, only time it’s an issue is when I’m on the motorway, but with earplugs in it’s ok.

I have to disagree with Martin. The UCR box is great on road and track.

140mph at 8k so you can use all the gears. Noise was no different so cruising at legal speeds was fine.

Seems to be a slight misunderstanding. I would have a helical UCR in a heartbeat in mine if i could find one mostly for the gear ratios on track. However i could live with it for a road car. Its the noise on the straight cut UCR set i was referring too. God its loud and for me a non starter on a road car IMO.

Yes I agree. Straight cut will be far too loud for road and probably not required for track either.
