Proving Membership of Club for Insurance Policy

Recommended Posts

I need to prove my membership of MLOC for my insurance policy.

The forum tells me I'm a 'basic forum member'. When I go to the shop to purchase full membership I get a pop up that says ' You are only allowed to purchase one of this product, and you have already done so.'

Can any of the MLOC team help me with this please? Am I a full member? If not how do i pay and get my membership car ASAP!

Cheers

Leigh

When I had to do this a few years ago I sent a screenshot of my profile page. Not sure if this helps ?

Thanks Russ

I did think about this, but it says 'forum member' not 'club member'. And as I say this site thinks I've already paid for club membership as it won't let me do it again!

Hi Leigh,

I think Mark H is away just now but I have had a look for you. You don't appear to be a paid member currently so I have re-issued the invoice to you. The club no longer sends out membership cards but as Russ has said insurance companies seem happy with a screenshot of the MLOC paid showing you as a paid member.

Sorry yes I was away, let me know if you need any help but looks like Phil has it in hand. If it says Basic forum member it means the invoice hasn't been paid. There was an issue where if you let your renewal invoice expire then it wouldn't let you join again but we can manually fix those as we come across them like this.
