Can anyone use a B & B for the 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed?

I have first refusal on accommodation in the village of Funtington, literally 5 minutes from the Goodwood Estate. The accommodation sleeps 9 people, they also have a field for camping and it has lots of room for off road parking away from the main road. I have stayed there a number of times and I love the place, it would really suit a group booking and I did briefly consider organising an MLOC trip.

The accommodation comprises of an annexe to the owners house, it sleeps 4 with two double beds, has a kitchen, wet room, dining facilities and a tv. There is a converted barn which sleeps 5 with the same features as the annexe with the addition of a balcony with outdoor seats. They can take a group of campers in the field but I would need to speak with the owners for more information. For any tennis players they have a freshly surfaced tennis court. The property is smart, modern, clean and not expensive! The best part though is its location, you don't get stuck in the main body of Goodwood traffic, ten minutes in the car and you're parked up. The breakfasts are superb, the owners and the accommodation are an absolute delight.
