Great Customer service today at Central Lotus Nottingham

I just thought I needed to share with the group the great customer service I received today at Central Lotus, the passenger airbag cover on the dash of my Elise was very loose , as I live in Nottingham I thought I would pop in to see what was needed to put it right, the Mechanic was very helpful and took a look, he knew exactly what the problem was, there was a couple of clips that had snapped, he said he had some in stock and swapped them there n then all fixed with no fuss. Made my day
