v6, what can we do !?

Hello ! I am now driving a v6 since last year, I ahve not done any track day, but the drive I have had so far on b road was enough to notice the understeer again ... specially mid corner. I was wondering, can we fit the 380 tyres on the regular v6 wheels ? I will go through a full geo also, but why not doing it with new tyres .. Also to v6 owners, is it worth to go to nitron suspension ? I know on the s2 it made a huge difference, is it still the case ? and specially on roads.
