"Marshall" is certainly an aerospace name round Cambridge as well as for cars. The Cambridge Airport isn't known locally as Cambridge Airport, or even as "the airport", but as "Marshall's". And when I owned a Nissan 350Z, I bought it from the Marshall's dealership and had it serviced there always. Marshall's is a big name too have round here. They still own a big string of car dealerships as well as the airport and a huge aircraft and military manufacturing and maintenance business.

 

Great link to a great story, and which, knowing the Marshall's name quite well, doesn't really come as a great surprise to me.
