Just don't know which the is the easiest option, Under the car, top end, or could i go from behind the seats and remove the plastic rear speaker trim? Cheers guys! dobbo
Surely a post-cat sensor is under the boot floor, after the cat ? If you mean the sensor near the exhaust manifold, I think you need a decent crow's foot spanner or modified socket (Eliseparts sell one, or you can grind one), plenty of plus-gas and leave it to soak for a couple of days before it'll release. Not sure you can get at it from above and I've never heard of anyone taking the bulkhead out to get to it. Sound like a whole load of work ! un1eash
S2 just remove the rear diffuser, large 22mm spanner and your done in 5 mins. You can squeeze the connector block between the chassis and wheel arch trim. Ps. Post cat sensor doesn't do anything apart from tell the ecu if the cat is working. Jamie Triner
Sorry guys my mistake, been on the car all morning, think its sending me crazy. Im changing the pre cat lambda sensor. As its located near the exhaust manifold wanted to know the best way of getting at it. Cheers
un1eash
Rear diffuser off and access from underneath but not sure I'd attempt at home unless you have good axle stands. It will either come out easy or be a pig.
Martin R
If its rusted in it will take some shifting I have the EP socket and 3 ft breaker bar if you are passing. You are welcome to use them.
