The stupidity of some people genuinely surprises me at times, these teenaged drive on to the track at brands hatch during a live race yesterday.

According to the Daily Mail, he [the spanner of a driver] has been arrested for false imprisonment.  What else could they do... reckless endangerment/trespass?

Trespass would be my guess.

Trespass is a civil matter that is clearly a criminal act

 

Reckless endangerment would be better.

 

I hope the racers and marshals pointed out to him how stupid he was (with their boots)
