@ Alex I've been to see a few elises including a bit of a rough one with a katana near stanstead, I'd be happy with an SC elise .my other half wants me to get an exige but if a good elise came up I'd go for it

one of the biggest problems I've had is dealers buying potential purchase cars before I can get to them then putting them up for 4k more 2 weeks later.

Hi Eddie, yes I've seen your car up... I really like it ( my other half loves it ..tigger colours apparently ) I was banking/wishing for a SC though but tbh I've not been in a R so not closed to the idea.

 

I was thinking maybe get used to the chassis in an 111r/r then upgrade to sc when funds allow in a couple of years.

 

but having the cliosport already which goes mental at 5500rpm, I was looking for the SC initially in either elise or exige.

 

It's tough this lotus hunting and hurts my head at times

if you want to see it just to say you ticked the box no problem.

It's very highly spec I did the same looked for a Exige S then found this .

2006 Exige S in black with 5500 miles on the clock, sports pack, LSD

 

 

pretty unloved, needs some de-cobwebbing then out with the machine polisher. Second step remove/replace everything that's corroded I'll post some pics when I get it home

 

I may retrofit driving lights and a bit of soundproofing but I'll see, needs a better exhaust and of course (it seems) a TRD airbox
