F1 Test At Barcelona

For those interested, Pastor Maldonado managed 102 laps at the Barcelona circuit he led the time sheets for most of the day.

 

In deed putting his Lotus at the top of the pile for the test with a time of 1min 24.871 which I believe was faster than Lewis Hamilton's pole time set last Saturday.

 

Paster being almost a second quicker than the Mercedes of Nico Rosberg, ex Lotus man Kimi Raikkonen was 3rd in his Ferrari.

 

Hopefully Lotus have know caught up and can concentrate on both cars being in the points, especially at next weekends Monaco race as we will be there, sitting opposite the pits.

He went out on super soft tyres just to get the fastest time so I wouldn't hold your breath just yet! Romain has a better chance than Crashtor Maldonado as at least he has a chance of finishing a race!
