Using Capital Letters In The Topic Title

Why won't the forum let me use capital letters in the topic title?

 

I have tonight posted a topic for the next FLEM meeting but it shows flem in the topic title, I can't get it to stay as capitals, yet the date as 20th shows 20Th ?

It auto "camel cases" the topic to stop people "SHOUTING" in the topic titles, that's why its happening
