Yeah keep them 700 rears and then try and keep up with me on bumpy Derbyshire lanes the next time we go out on Sunday!

Only if you bring a tow truck to get me out of the ditch.

Did he tell you to stop being a pussy and keep the stiffer springs? ;)

He said they are definitely Aimed at track work...

What did he say Alex?

He basically said that 700 r n 500f where too hard. After I explained what I use the car for he suggested 500/550rears n 400 fronts with helpers for both.

Much softer and the car will lot handle very well on track.

He said valving will be fine.

Alex - I went for 475 rears with helpers and 400 fronts with helpers. These are plenty stiff enough for the track as well. Personally if i was to use every day i would have gone a little softer.

You are welcome to come out in mine before you decide which way to go.

Cheers Alan I might take you up on the offer. Will be running it as it is set up for a while though, well at least till next pay day.

Any time. You are always welcome.

I am happy with my set up, but its not used as a daily drive.

Not long now for you drive1.gif
