Combination of things really but I does work well

 

The video is captured On a Cam sports HD camera. The data capture uses RaceChrono for Android, running on my phone, connected to a GPS receiver: Qstartz 818XT

 

You combine the two using software called RaceRender 2 for Windows, bit of a faf but there is loads info you can show. If you could be bothered to get a bluetooth odb2 reader you could show even more
