Vvc Timing Measured, A Little Advice On What To Do

Evening all,

Measured the tdc lift on my vvc k series today with a piper exhaust cam and got the following

 

Both front and rear inlet cams around a thou lift at tdc

 

The exhaust was 63 thou at tdc where piper says it should be 50 thou.

 

Now a couple of three questions if I may...

 

1) Should I offset the front of the exhaust cam to bring it nearer 50 and offset the rear the same so it doesn't throw out the rear inlet cam?

 

2) any ideas of how the lift translates into the required dowel offset?

 

3) what effect is it going to have just being left as is?
