Another recommendation for Martin and Steve Edwards. They look after my car (geo and service when I can't be bothered), and have done numerous well sorted conversions. I'm in North Lincs so it's a bit of a trek for me to Quorn, but they are your guys. I'm sure Martin will take you out in his Honda S1 Exige to demonstrate the quality of his work.
